Return Policy

Full price garments can be returned for a store credit or exchange ONLY. We ask that the garments are not worn , all labels are ORIGINALLY attached and in original packaging.

Return Time?

You have 14 days from receiving your items to return for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGES.

How to Return for Store Credit

PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE THE FACEBOOK PAGE.

Please email niksandkeeks@outlook.com and request a return number (RA Number), upon acceptance by Niks & Keeks you will be sent a RA number, please enclose a copy of the RA number and a copy of your invoice, write on the invoice that you require a STORE CREDIT. All store credits may take 2-3 business days to process once item is received, credit is applied to the website and will automatically be deducted at checkout when you next purchase.

How to Exchange

Please email niksandkeeks@outlook.com so we can secure your exchange and request a return number (RA Number), upon acceptance by Niks & Keeks you will be sent a RA number, please enclose a copy of the RA number and a copy of your invoice, write on the invoice that you require an EXCHANGE.

Please include a postage satchel when sending to us or an invoice for shipping cost will need to be paid before EXCHANGE item will be returned.

Will I Need to Pay Postage to Return or Exchange an Item?

Yes. You pay postage to return for a store credit.
Yes. You pay postage to return for an exchange to us along with a return satchel. 

(Returns can be refunded if paid via PayPal, Please contact PayPal for more info) 

Can I Return a Sale Item?

There are NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES on Sale Items.

What if the Product is Faulty?

We hope this doesn’t happen, but please email us. We will send a prepaid satchel with the replacement item. If a replacement is not available we will send you a prepaid satchel for return and issue you with a store credit. niksandkeeks@outlook.com

What if I Receive the Wrong Item?

Again, we hope this doesn’t happen, but please email us. We will send the correct item ASAP with a prepaid satchel to return the incorrect item. niksandkeeks@outlook.com

Out of Stock?

We occasionally have count errors, if this happens we will notify you within one business day, if we cannot re order we will refund you immediately.
